A 250-licensed-bed Level 1 Pediatric Trauma Hospital looking for experienced pediatric CRNAs. No call, weekends, nights, or holidays — in the Land of 10,000 Lakes.
The Role
- ✓12 ORs (9 main, 3 cardiac) — covers one high-acuity site with a variety of pediatric cases; cardiac preferred but not mandatory
- ✓NICU to young adult patient population, low pediatric volume beyond that scope
- ✓2:1 supervision by MDA — Cerner EMR, transitioning to EPIC
- ✓Mon–Fri, 4–10-hour shifts/week (8 or 10 hour shifts)
- ✓No call, weekends, nights, or holidays — 6 weeks notice for additional time off requests
- ✓1–2 day orientation; staff is willing to guide CRNAs eager to build pediatric expertise
Credentialing
- ✓MN license required — 30–45 days active, 90–120 days pending
- ✓At least 2 years of pediatric experience required — no new grads
- ✓Graduate of an accredited Nurse Anesthesia Educational Program
- ✓ACLS / BLS / PALS required, NRP preferred but not mandatory
- ✓NBCRNA with no pending malpractice issues
